Is It Legal to Ask for Service Dog Papers?

The quick answer is no. According to the ADA, employees at a business concern "are not allowed to asking any documentation" for a service dog.

The American Disability Human action (ADA) prohibits both public and private businesses from discriminating confronting people with disabilities.
